Policy
Terms
Purchases are for adults 18 and over. Products are cosmetics for external use. Planning prices are not former prices.
Who may buy
Purchases are for adults 18 years of age and over. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or older.
What you are buying
Onine products are cosmetics intended for external use as directed on the product page. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Follow the safe-use notice on every product page.
Prices and planned status
Until checkout opens, every price is a planning price and may change; a change is recorded as a dated line on the product page. Planning prices are not former prices and are never shown as a prior 'was' price. After a product has actually sold, a change to its price keeps the prior selling price visible for 30 days as a dated line.
Orders
An order is accepted when the hosted checkout confirms payment and we send the order-recorded message. We may cancel and refund an order that we cannot ship or that falls outside these terms.
Entity and law
Onine is operated by Onine LLC, a California limited liability company. Our business address and the law that governs these terms will be published here before checkout opens.
