Returns
Unopened products within 30 days for a refund to the original payment method. Opened products reviewed case by case.
Unopened products
Return any unopened, sealed product within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Start a return by emailing support@email.onine.shop or using the support form; we send instructions and the return address.
Opened products
Cosmetics are personal. If a product has irritated your skin or scalp, stop using it, email support@email.onine.shop or use the support form, and we will review the case and arrange a refund or replacement where that is right.
Damaged, wrong or missing
If anything arrives damaged, is not what you ordered or is missing, tell us within 14 days and we put it right at our cost.
Refund timing
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving the return, and appear on your statement according to your bank's timing.
