No accounts. Your bag lives in your browser. We keep only what you give us: a launch-list email, a contact message, and later an order.
What we store
Your bag is stored in your own browser (localStorage) and is not sent to us until you check out. If you join the launch list we store your email, your line preference (hair, skin or both), whether you asked for Formulation Notes, and the date and time you consented. If you write to us we store your message and your reply address.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent personal data, we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site, and we do not send marketing email you did not ask for.
Payments
Enter your delivery name and address on Onine before payment. We save these details and send them to Stripe to prepare checkout; the temporary checkout copy expires after 35 days. Completed order records retain the details needed to ship and support your purchase. Card details are entered on Stripe's hosted page and never reach Onine.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from the launch list with the link in any message. To ask us to delete what we hold about you, email support@email.onine.shop or use the support form. We answer within 30 days.
